We don’t like cooking pizzas in this style and letting them sit and lose their freshness.

To try to keep the pizzas as fresh as possible to-go, we start cooking your pizza when you arrive.

We cook in our
wood-burning oven, where the pizzas cook at 850ish degrees for 90ish seconds.

We have done this since the beginning as our way of trying to control our product now that we are operating solely as a pick-up business.
