Pizza Napoletana

Pizza Napoletana, the pizza of Naples, Italy. All pizzas are hand stretched to about 12 inches in size and cooked in our wood burning oven.

We source our flour, mozzarella di bufala, fior di latte mozzarella and san marzano tomatoes from Italy.

We’re doing big pizzas now, too. They’re not technically “classic Neapolitan”, but they’re 16” and something about cooking them a little more well done and eating a big slice is really good.
